Her practice areas include wills<\/a>, trusts, and probate<\/a>; prenuptial agreements<\/a> and family mediation<\/a>; and small businesses services<\/a>. Bracha draws on her Masters degree in Psychology and her J.D. to address people’s legal needs with perceptiveness and sensitivity. She serves clients throughout New York State.<\/p>\n

Bracha has facilitated loan modification solutions that prevented foreclosures. She also devoted two years to environmental litigation on behalf of public interest organizations, including the Sierra Club. Prior to that, she\u00a0supervised Surrogate’s Court proceedings and litigated mass torts cases as\u00a0an Associate at the\u00a0law firm of\u00a0Levy Konigsberg.<\/p>\n

Bracha served as an intern in the chambers of the Hon.\u00a0Sonia Sotomayor\u00a0(then of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit) and studied alternative dispute resolution\u00a0in law school.\u00a0\u00a0She has coached mediation trainings and is the\u00a0past\u00a0Co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Mentoring Circle at the NYC\u00a0Bar Association.<\/p>\n

Bracha spends her free time hiking, singing, and writing. She is a contributor to\u00a0Reflections on Mortality<\/em><\/a>, an anthology which portrays our human existence as a time-bound gift and encourages us to live dynamic, purposeful lives.
